East Call is a call center existing for more than 5 years in the Eastern Europe, Republic of Moldova, which is situated between Romania and Ukraine.
This geographic position gives us the opportunity to offer a wide services range in different languages: French, English, Russian, Italian, Spanish, German, Bulgarian, and also Turkish , Greek etc… for outbound or inbound campaigns.

Supervised by a French expatriate manager, the staff recruitment is done in collaboration with local universities with students in the fifth year. The training is provided internally and in partnership with Alliance Française of Moldova, the Italo-Moldavian Chamber of Commerce or the American Chamber of Commerce.

East Call has recently been integrated within a business center composed of 12 French companies in MOLDOVA and, while retaining its autonomy, it had been restructured through an investment fund from FRANCE.
